  • Our inspectors walk through each room examining the floors, walls, windows, doors and ceilings, assessing the general condition of each. Some of the items they look for are cracks in the walls and ceilings, dampness or sagging in the floors, leaks through the roof or leaking pipes and plumbing.

    They climb where possible onto the roof and crawl if possible under the floor, looking for damage, damp, sub-standard workmanship and irregularities.
